From enquiry to payslip. One system.

eaos connects the quotation, the project, the crew on site, approved hours, payroll, cost and cross border postings. The project is the spine and every number has a source.

How it works

The project is the spine. Nothing leaves it.

A fact is entered once, where it happens. Every later step takes it from there, with no retyping between tools.

01

Enquiry

An opportunity with the client, the site and the tender documentation.

02

Quotation

A master bill of quantities, a country profile, a price in the language of the client.

03

Project

An accepted quotation becomes a budget with the same items.

04

Crew

Workers and equipment allocated, with credentials checked.

05

Hours

The foreman submits the day for the whole crew, the office approves.

06

Settlement

Payroll, project cost and the documents for an inspection.

Modules

The tools of delivery in one, with one set of numbers.

Quotations

One master bill of quantities per structure type, a profile for each country. A quotation reconciles itself to the cent before issue and stays reproducible.

Crew scheduling

Workers and equipment on site, day by day. A cross border allocation without a valid A1 and a filed posting declaration is refused.

Hours and allowances

One per diem per day, mileage split across two rates, the country recorded at entry. A worker sees their own hours the same day.

Payroll

The calculation reads approved hours only. Every payslip line opens down to the entries and the cost code that made it.

Cost and invoices

Inbound invoices by cost code, booked to date against budget, payment batches and the invoices issued to the client.

Equipment

A register of machines and tools, requests from the field, issue and return, maintenance by date and by running hours.

Field

A crew day in under a minute. With no signal too.

  • One submit for the whole crew. Hours arrive prefilled from the schedule, the foreman corrects only the differences.
  • The device first. Every entry stores locally and sends when a connection appears. Nothing is lost and nothing duplicates.
  • Diary, delivery notes, photos. Everything attaches itself to the project of the day.
  • No tracking of people. No GPS sign in, no geofences, no biometrics.
Postings

A crew across the border, the papers in order.

The schedule knows who is where and when. Payroll knows the hours and the allowances. eaos ties the two to the posting: the A1 certificate, the declaration filed in the host country, the appointed representative, the host country minimum wage. When an inspection comes, the inspection pack is ready in the language of the country.

In numbers

Built for a company that builds in several countries.

7tools joined into one system, from sales to equipment
4countries with their own payroll and posting rules
<1 minto submit a whole crew day
0of retyping between quotation, project and payroll
For whom

Every role lands on its part of the day.

Foreman

The crew day, the construction diary, delivery notes and equipment, on the phone.

Worker

Own hours and allowances the same day, payslips, tasks, site instructions.

Project manager

The plan, the crew, the diary and the budget against booked, on one project page.

Office

Hours approval, payroll, invoices, payment batches, staff and postings.

Estimator

Masters of quantities, norms and country profiles. A quotation is a setting, not a new calculation.

Management

The portfolio: hours against plan, cost against budget, margin, the projects that drift.

One system, one project, one set of numbers.
